Who Can Apply?
All organizations that pride themselves on fostering a safe and respectful workplace are encouraged to participate in the Top 25 Safest Workplaces Awards. Applications are open to organizations that meet the criteria below.
The applicant must be registered under one of the following:
- Companies Act, 2013
- LLP Act, 2008
- Partnership Act, 1932
- MSMED Act, 2006
- Shops and Establishment Act (as per the respective State of registration)
- Any other Act or constitutional framework that recognizes the applicant as a registered business under the Government of India
This includes registered companies, partnership firms, limited liability partnerships,not-for-profit organizations, educational institutes, and registered societies and trusts.

The Evaluation Process
The evaluation process will involve a thorough review of all entries received. Each submission will be assessed against a predefined set of criteria to ensure a fair, objective, and consistent evaluation process.
To facilitate this, our team has developed a comprehensive and structured questionnaire covering all relevant parameters of assessment. Each section of the questionnaire has been assigned a specific weightage, with clearly defined maximum scores, to ensure transparency and uniformity in scoring across all entries

Fill in the registration form that is available here.

Pay a nominal registration fee of Rs. 8,500+ GST to nominate your organization before 27 February 2026 with early bird offer. Registrations closes 10 March 2026.

You will receive a link [with your unique registration id] to the Kelp PoSH Awards® 2026 microsite at your registered email id. Email awards@kelphr.com if you don’t receive the same within 48 hours of registering. -

Once you are on Kelp PoSH Awards® 2026 nomination page, start answering the questions, feed in the required data, and attach supporting documents wherever required.

Save the form periodically to prevent data loss.

Upon completion of the entire form, click submit and wait on the page till you are notified that your form has been submitted. Please note incomplete forms will not be considered valid entries for the awards.
