The Kelp PoSH Awards^® 2026 is a marquee event instituted by GoKelp HR Services Pvt Ltd. (Kelp) in the Indian corporate landscape for honouring and felicitating best practices in PoSH, based on the Sexual Harassment of Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013. The objective behind instituting this award was to recognise not only the ones with best practices, but also to create an environment where organisations aspire to be a part of the top league in creating safe workplaces.

This year, we will recognize and honour 25 Safest Workplaces in India from organisations who aspire to be one of the safest places to work in India.

If you are an entity in active existence and registered with any regulatory authority under the Government of India, you can apply for the Kelp PoSH Awards^® 2026. This includes registered companies, partnership firms, limited liability partnerships, registered societies and trusts.

An authorized employee or representative can apply on behalf of the organization with the relevant details and documentation.

Any entity from a group or the parent company can apply for Kelp PoSH Awards^® 2026. You can decide whether to apply with one entry representing the parent company or as specific separate entities. However, in case we receive separate entries from the different companies of a group AND the parent company, the separate group entity’s entry will be disregarded and only the parent company’s entry will be considered.

Yes, winners from the previous year are welcome to apply again in the current edition. There is no restriction on participation, provided the application meets the eligibility criteria and submission guidelines for the relevant category.

1. 1) The first step in the participation process is to click on apply now button and fill in the registration form that is available at: apply now
2. 2) Upon completion of this form, you will receive a link [with your unique registration id] for submission of your entries, on your registered email id.
3. 3) Click on the link . For application on or before 27th February there is an early bird registration fee of Rs. 8500+GST and from 1st September, the nominal one-time registration fee will be of Rs. 10,000/- Exclusive of GST to apply for the awards.
4. 4) This will then take you to the nomination page.
5. 5) Once you are on the nomination page, type in your answers to the questions with relevant data. Attach supporting documents wherever required. Save the form periodically to prevent data loss.
6. 6) Upon completion of the entire form and uploading all the relevant data and supporting documents, please cross check once in case anything is missed. Please remember - your answers, data and attachments are crucial in the process of evaluation to get selected. Incomplete forms will not be considered as valid entries for the awards.
7. 7) Click on the submit button and wait on the page till you are notified that your form has been submitted.

Good luck! Now you have to sit back and wait for the evaluations to come through. Within 48 hours you will receive an acknowledgement of your submission and next steps, if any.

You can save your entries and answers as you fill up the form, and you can make changes as long as the form is not submitted. However, once submitted you will not be able to change your submission.

In case the jury or Kelp feels the need for some additional information and approaches you for further information or to re-submit any attachment, you are requested to provide the same.

Except as indicated, there is no limit on the number of words to write for a descriptive entry. But do try to keep it short and crisp. With respect to attachments, in case you have multiple attachments to provide for any one question - please consolidate them into one pdf or zip folder. Jpeg and pdf files will be accepted in a zip folder.

The supporting documentation/ information is the nature of records maintained for PoSH related work over the last calendar year (1 January - 31 December 2025) and safety related measures in the organization.

The attachments can be in either in pdf, jpegs, video.

There are appropriate data security and protection measures in place to ensure that any data shared with us and with our affiliated partners as part of the application for Kelp PoSH Awards®️ 2026, will be stored and processed in accordance with the applicable law and best practices as per the standard protocols followed in the Industry. Yes, there is a nominal one-time registration fee of Rs. 10,000/- Exclusive of GST to apply for the awards.

No. The registration fee is non-refundable.

Once the application is submitted, there will be a preliminary round for selection where the top 50 applicants will be shortlisted. If shortlisted at the first round, you will receive intimation from the Awards team.

The 50 shortlisted applicants will go through a rigorous round of evaluation by a decorated jury to make it to the top 25. During the second round, if any additional information or verification is required, we will approach you.

The Kelp PoSH Awards^® 2026 are pan India and the winners will be selected from organizations across the country.

The Kelp PoSH Awards^® 2026 recognition is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of announcement of the results. During this period, winners are entitled to use the “PoSH Awards 2026 Winner” title, logo, and recognition in their official communications and marketing materials. Post expiry of the validity period, winners may continue to reference the award with the year clearly mentioned; however, such reference shall be treated as past recognition and shall not be represented as a current endorsement or certification..

Organisations will be evaluated for the calendar year 2025 (1 Jan - 31 December 2025). Data and documentation has to be submitted accordingly.

Uploading the required documents is mandatory for fair assessment and processing of results.

An independent panel of PoSH experts, legal luminaries, HR leaders, and industry veterans ensures unbiased, rigorous review of shortlisted entries.

It signals strong PoSH compliance to employees, clients, and regulators, aiding talent attraction, customer trust, and compliance audits while benchmarking against India's top organizations.

1. 1) PoSH is moving from “policy on paper” to “culture in practice.”
   The strongest message was that compliance alone isn’t enough. Award-winning organisations are embedding PoSH into leadership behaviour, everyday conduct, performance expectations, and psychological safety making respectful workplaces a lived experience, not a legal formality.
2. 2) IC effectiveness = credibility + capability + compassion.
   High-impact ICs showed strong process discipline (timelines, documentation, natural justice), continuous upskilling (investigation skills, trauma-informed approach), and independence. Trust in the IC came from transparency, confidentiality, and consistent outcomes.
3. 3) Training quality matters more than training volume.
   Interactive, scenario-based, role-specific trainings (leaders, managers, IC members) stood out over one size fits all sessions. Digital PoSH, bystander intervention, and handling power dynamics were recurring focus areas.
4. 4) Data, reporting & follow-through build trust.
   Organisations showcased strong reporting mechanisms (multiple channels, anonymity options), timely redressal, and meaningful corrective actions (not just closures). Measurement (trends, root causes) is being used to improve prevention, not just for compliance reporting.
5. 5) The road ahead: inclusion, digital safety, continuous improvement.
   Future-ready PoSH is gender-sensitive and context-aware (remote work, social media conduct, third-party interactions). Continuous audits, refresher trainings, and leadership engagement are key to staying effective.
